Cancellation by the Client

How to Cancel

To cancel or modify a booking, please contact us as soon as possible via email at [email protected]. Please include your name, booking date, pickup time, and pickup location in your message. Cancellations are only considered confirmed once you receive a written acknowledgment from M2 Tours.

Flight Delays & Airport Transfers

For airport pickup services, M2 Tours monitors flight status and adjusts pickup times accordingly at no additional charge. If your flight is cancelled entirely, please notify us immediately. Standard cancellation terms apply based on the time of notification relative to the originally scheduled pickup.

Modifications to Bookings

Requests to modify a booking (change of date, time, pickup/drop-off location, or vehicle) are subject to availability. Modifications requested less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking, and cancellation fees may apply to the original reservation.

Cancellation by M2 Tours

In the rare event that M2 Tours must cancel a confirmed booking due to unforeseen circumstances (vehicle breakdown, severe weather, or other force majeure events), clients will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. M2 Tours will make every effort to notify clients as early as possible.

Refunds

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. M2 Tours is not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
